Former Rep. Carl Bearden, represented part of St. Charles County (District 16) in the Missouri House of Representatives and has a demonstrated record of taking on the status quo and challenging the “powers that be”.

Carl Bearden was state director of the Missouri Chapter of Americans for Prosperity from September 2007 until July 2010.  During his tenure as state director, the AFP-Missouri chapter saw phenomenal growth adding over 26,000 members in less than three years.  Bearden often challenged Federal and State elected officials on issues that grassroots members opposed.
